What you’ll do
- Own the product roadmap for partner integrations from ideation through execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Define and prioritize features, user stories, and technical requirements in collaboration with engineering, operations, and partner teams
- Manage end-to-end partner integration projects: designing APIs, defining SLAs, overseeing implementation, testing, and monitoring
- Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, performant, and well documented
- Monitor usage and user feedback from partners; iterate to improve integration experience and reduce friction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, support) to deliver against roadmap commitments
- Stay abreast of payments, regulatory & compliance requirements relevant to partner integrations; ensure product alignment
Requirements
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) — must
- +2 years of product management experience, ideally including working with external partners or integrations
- Demonstrable experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and delivering complex technical/partner-facing products
- Strong understanding of API design, data flows, webhooks, or other integration technologies
- Excellent communication skills; able to articulate requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in payments / fintech / transactional systems
- Prior involvement in compliance, security, or regulatory facets of payment integrations
- Familiarity with performance monitoring, SLAs, audit/log capabilities for integrations
- Exposure to partner onboarding, partner support flows, or partner product management
