What you’ll do
- Supporting end users and merchants with transaction-related inquiries.
- Monitoring transactions to detect anomalies or suspicious activity.
- Analyzing transaction data to identify trends, risks, or improvement opportunities.
- Preparing reports on transaction activities, trends, and compliance.
- Collaborating with teams like Fraud Prevention, Customer Success, and IT.
- Documenting investigations and actions taken for auditing and compliance.
What we’re looking for
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced).
- Great communication skills in English & Spanish.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to changes quickly.
- Experience with Zendesk, Elasticsearch, PowerBI, or Postman is a plus.
- Previous experience in payment processing is highly valued.
