What you’ll do
As Product Manager – UX & Merchant Dashboards, you’ll own the user experience and dashboard products that power our platform ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for defining vision, metrics, and execution from concept to launch.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Own the full product lifecycle for UX, dashboards and panels — from discovery to delivery, measurement, and iteration.
- Define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for user interfaces and reporting tools that enhance visibility across pay-ins, pay-outs, and operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI design, engineering, operations, support, and clients to define requirements, user stories, KPIs, and product demos.
- Establish and monitor key metrics (KPIs/OKRs) for all UX and dashboard initiatives, driving measurable improvements in performance, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Design and optimize dashboards for multiple audiences (internal teams such as operations, product, and executives; external clients and partners).
- Prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact, making clear trade-offs between speed, complexity, and value.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency: deliver fast, iterate often, and close feedback loops quickly.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across teams, presenting product updates, metrics, and demos in both English and Spanish.
- Foster a culture of ownership: you define it, you launch it, you measure it, and you improve it.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on UX, dashboards, analytics, or data visualization.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, and other success metrics.
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive, accountable, and focused on impact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage backlogs, define user stories, and work closely with design and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills: capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements and demos.
- Understanding of fintech or payments (pay-ins, pay-outs, APIs, conversion metrics) is highly valued.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in fintech, payments, or transaction-processing products.
- Background or collaboration experience in UX/UI design.
- Hands-on experience with BI or analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Comfortable working in remote, cross-regional, multicultural environments (LATAM).
- Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders (VPs, C-suite).
